End users are currently seeing sporadic issues when trying to save a call log and crm connectivity issues with Salesforce. This is a result of a 3rd party vendor who is currently experiencing an outage. We are aware of the issue and are actively working to restore this issue. XANT Technology Team

As the XANT Technology Team was working on a work around for this outage, we observed the 3rd party vendor recovering from their specific issue.
